Velvet on Velvet

1 oz of Velvet Night Brandy

1/2 oz Kahlua

1/2 oz. Torani Almond Syrup

 1 oz.  espresso

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini stem. Garnish with a float o f lightly whipped cream and an espresso bean.

Branky Sour

Brandy Sour

1 1/2 oz of Velvet Night Brandy

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1oz. Simple Syrup

1 barspoon of powder sugar

1 egg white

Shake ingredients vigorously over ice. Strain into a rocks filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with a cherry.
