Fashion Night

2 oz of Velvet Night Brandy

1 cube Sugar Cube

2 dash Angostura and Orange Bitters each

Muddle 1 orange slice, 1 cherry, 1 lemon wedge, with splash of club soda in Old Fashion Glass, add Brandy and ice.

Velvet Hot Toddy

1 1/2 oz of Velvet Night Brandy

1 Tbsp. Honey or Maple Syrup

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1 cup Hot Water

Combine all ingredients in warm glass, garnish with Lemon wedge, Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise.

Branky Sour

Velvet Franklin Stove

1 1/2 oz of Velvet Night Brandy

1/4 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

5 oz. Hot Apple Cider

Add Brandy and Allspice to Hot Cider in Mug

California Coffee

1 1/2 oz of Velvet Night Brandy

1/2 oz. Orgeat (Torani Almond) Syrup

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

2 oz. Coffee or Espresso

May be served hot or cold. Garnish with Chipped Cream and Shaved Chocolate.

Velvet on Velvet

1 oz of Velvet Night Brandy

1/2 oz Kahlua

1/2 oz. Torani Almond Syrup

1 oz.  espresso

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled martini stem. Garnish with a float o f lightly whipped cream and an espresso bean.

Brandy Sour

1 1/2 oz of Velvet Night Brandy

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1oz. Simple Syrup

1 barspoon of powder sugar

1 egg white

Shake ingredients vigorously over ice. Strain into a rocks filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Velvet Furnace

1 1/2 oz of Velvet Night Brandy

5 oz. Hot Apple Cider

1/8 oz. Demerara Syrup (1:1)

1 each Clove and Cinnamon Stick

Heat all ingredients except Brandy until warmed. Pour into mug, add Brandy and Cinnamon Stick.

Velvet Keoke

1/2 oz of Velvet Night Brandy

1/2 oz. Kahlua

1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao

4 oz. Coffee

Pour liquors into large mug, add coffee and top with whipped cream. Garnish with coffee bean.
